Great idea but a battery killer!

Great idea, didnt like the constant red bar across the top so I used the Notification Center widget thinking that would be better on battery life anyways. But it wasnt really. Drastic reduction in battery life. Tested by removing the app from my devices and sure enough battery life came right back. Interestingly, the app doesnt report much battery usage in the Settings>General>Usage section, but my guess is its constantly discoverable by Bluetooth so hence the drain.

What about pairing a couple devices to prevent this constant discovery? My battery life would come back and then Id be using this app all the time!!!
